Therapy isn’t about rewriting your past — it’s about creating space for who you’re becoming
What You Can Expect
I offer therapy that is warm, collaborative, and grounded in understanding the whole person - your experiences, your environment, and the ways stress shows up in both the body and mind. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
Individual Therapy
I work with individuals who are navigating stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, burnout, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply wanting support as you move through a new chapter, therapy offers a grounded space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build tools that support clarity and steadiness.
Areas of Focus
I work with people facing many different kinds of challenges, from anxiety, depression, and stress to the lingering impact of trauma, grief, or burnout. I also support individuals navigating life transitions - parenting, adulthood, career shifts - and those exploring identity, relationships, or women’s mental health. Whatever you’re carrying, therapy offers a space to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
LCSW Supervision
I provide clinical supervision for LMSWs in Texas who are working toward independent licensure. My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in helping clinicians develop confidence, clinical judgment, and a strong ethical foundation. Supervision includes space to explore case conceptualization, boundaries, documentation, workplace challenges, and the realities of practicing in complex systems. My goal is to help emerging clinicians feel equipped, grounded, and prepared for meaningful, sustainable practice.
What Sessions Look Like
Sessions are conversational, collaborative, and paced with intention. I integrate evidence‑based approaches with a warm, relational style, paying attention to how stress and emotion show up in the body as well as the mind. You can expect a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to explore your experiences without judgment.
Fees & Scheduling
I am in-network with select insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Optum, and BCBS MA. For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement upon request.
